MARIT PETZKA

Marit is interested in the mechanisms underlying consolidation of associative memory in both sleep and wakefulness. She uses electrophysiological methods (scalp and intracranial EEG).

OLI RATCLIFFE

Oli uses electrical brain stimulation (tDCS) to boost working memory maintenance and sleep-dependent consolidation of long term memories. He is funded by the MRC.

    ANDREA MARCHINA

Andrea is a Master student from the University of Padova funded by the Erasmus+ project. He is interested in the role of sleep on consolidation of previously encoded episodic memories. He uses EEG to study which specific neural dynamics promote memory consolidation during sleep and how this consolidation is reflected in behavioral and neural patterns during wake recall.

    JAN WEBER

Jan is a Master student from the Graduate Training Center of Neuroscience in Tuebingen. He is intrigued by the question how memories get reactivated during sleep and which mechanisms during wakefulness contribute to the selection of which memories get reinstated He uses scalp EEG and MEG.
